Recently retired at 49, and still have a lot of living to do..been in the gym for about 6 mos now and looking to go the extra step with my mass build,,new adventure..but new to all this and dont wanna hurt my self in any way..need in advice from a pro would be appreciated
looking to start myself, have no idea what sites to trust ..ima 49yr old marine and recently retired..any advice ,,really in the dark about this and dont wanna hurt myself..ive always been fit just want to try something new
