I'm 43 as well, wish I started way earlier! Took TRT to make me realise how shitty my health was. And Australia's poor health care system meant self management was easier, and knowledge is power.

I've only used test until now, 2 x 12 week blasts up to 750wk while my trt doc wasn't looking. I've been seriously constrained by TRT regimes. I'm not now.

Endo wanted 6 more weeks on nothing and then a test and reassess. My GP gave me a private script and said do whatever. I decided to take matters into my own hands.

6 weeks on and I'm feeling close to peak now, ED is improved, lifting improved, weight lose going great. Confidence restored. NEVER settle for low testosterone, do whatever it takes. Even in Australia.

That is interesting, the LH test that was abnormal for me may have been from a urine sample I did. That's some valuable information.
