Saw SP offering oral Tren? Whats the conversion rate of oral tren compared to injectable? They are 250mb tabs. Not going to try them, as oral Tren sounds horrid, but just curious about it.

I just use Nutrition facts, calories in food, labels, nutritional information and analysis – NutritionData.com and search every individual food then write it down in notepad and add it up.

Yes I will be doing 30-60 min cardio on the mornings of all training days. I was roughly 300 I might of rounded here and there. But I'm looking for a recomp, what do you think I need to change in my diet to get me to where I want to be?

Starting a Helladrol/Dermacrine cycle here in a couple days and just ironing out a few details in my diet. I'm 23 6'3" 196 about 19% bf, this is going to be a recomp cycle to lose some body fat and add some size. Diet is as fallows. Let me know what you think or throw your opinions out there...

Yeah I know, I just dont want to go over board with it and at a lower dosage sides will be less likely or harsh.

See I know Clomid is usually that dosage and Torem is usually 90/60/60/30, but it just seems like over kill for such a mild PH. I've heard a lot of people runninf just Forma and a T booster and coming out of PCT fine. I would be running SERM, Forma, Unleashed, Lean Xtreme.

So I havent decided as to which one I'm using yet, but it will be for a Helladrol cycle. I'm running Helldrol 75/75/75/75/75/75 maybe bump it up to 100 the last 2 weeks and Dermacrine 0/0/4/4/4/4. What dosage do you recommend for Torem or Clomid for PCT because I dont think this cycle will shut...

Isnt one of the possible side effects to Ralox blood clots? I've heard some good and bad things about it but I've never really researched for myself. Might have to look into it.

Okay thats my bad, side note then... Hows RUI's quality? Ive been burned buying bunk RC Torem from another site (which will remain nameless) so I'm pretty skeptical what it comes to it.

Anyone use this before or have any info on#$%if they sell legit stuff or not? They are still a research chem site but I saw they have 20mg Torem tabs which is better than the sh*tty tasting liquid Torem. Any info is appreciated.
