Thanks fella, Ive had a look at the book you suggested & its spot on. Suppose Im just after some magic remedy, Im on op number 10 so Im sick of constant rehab. Always trained hard, was pro sports so its frustrating. Right fuck it Im off to the gym. Thanks.
