Right so on my first cycle i plan on bulking at 500-1000 cal surplus.
people giving advice towards macros usually say 40/40/20 , 50/30/20 etc...
Personally i dont think that this gives a very precise number as people are different weights and a specific ratio or percentage must be tailored to...
exactly bro, itll make everything easier in the long run, no point in me looking like a fat kunt by the end of my cycle haha, cut down to single digit bf then cycle and i should look like a meat head the whole cycle haha
haha bro we are the exact same person, thats the exact pins and syringes im getting.. i'm not running the cycle till june tho.. going to america for 4 months to work so i figured this would be the best time to cycle as family members would be less likely to notice rapid gains if they havent seen...
exactly what i was thinking... prob go something like 25mg when i wake up just before breakfast and then the other 25mg before my pre workout meal about 1.5 hours before training :)

week 1-4 50mg dbol ed
week 1-14 0.5mg arimidex eod
PCT: weeks 14-18 nolva 40/40/20/20 , clomid 50/50/50/50
will also be taking milk thistle week 1-4 with dbol

heya guys gunna be running test e 500mg (250mg twice p/w) for 12 weeks. It'll be my first ever cycle and i know everyone says to just run test, but would running a dbol kick start for 4-6 weeks be a good idea?
