Cutting Advice! 190 lbs 17.6% BF

Hey man. Your body fat estimation is off. Way off. I would guess you are somewhere around mid to high 20 something. My advice would be to figure out what your true maintenance calories are. Then you can create a calorie defecit and stick to it. Stick to a figure. Either 2500 or...

I'm sure he ate a little more than that. Don't you think? You have an asked a question that is impossible to answer. Too many other variables than just 4 lbs of chicken creatine and ketchup. Read the link I gave you Arnold used to eat a whole chicken with a six pack of beer post workout.

    Carbs after workout

Eating carbohydrates at night is perfectly fine. If one exceeds their caloric maintaence level, more than likely, the individual will gain weight. If one creates an energy deficit, preferably through cardiovascular activity/restriction of calories/weight training sessions, the individual will...

    Diet with early morning workout?

Hi buddy. what were your daily calories and macro split? Here are some guide lines I like to follow when cutting. 1. Create an appropriate caloric deficit/set caloric intake appropriately 2. Set protein intake 3. Set dietary fat intake 4. Everything else depends 1.3 to 1.5...

    Carbs after workout

I would love to read anything that backs this statement up. Try and get all yours carbs pre and post work out. Look up Alan Aragon or Lyle Mcdonald to get the juice on nutrition. IMO the no carbs after 6 pm ideology has no research behind it. Always eat a protein carb meal after...

Cutting Advice! 190 lbs 17.6% BF

Seems to be working fine. That is some good progress. How much bf% do you expect to lose each week? I agree your daily calories seem low. What do you get on fitday?

    Diet with early morning workout?

I presume you are trying to cut.. Post your weight bf% Daily total calories and macros Looks good at a glance. Personally I stay away from carrots or any other veggie grown under ground when on a cut because they are highly glycemic. They have good nutritional value, but if you are carb...

Test - E - First cycle in 3-4 weeks HELP

Proof read much? Should read: I'm by far NO expert lol But the advice still stands. To the OP you may want to do some more research on why doing gear is not a good idea at your age. Unless the future is not something you give a fuck about.

Test - E - First cycle in 3-4 weeks HELP

I'm by far an expert but IMO. 21 is too young. You will probably fuck up your natural production of test. Have you researched this? No way can you already be at your genetic limit. 20%bf is too high. You shouldn't be using gear to cut especially for your first cycle. Diet down to below...

    Diet with early morning workout?

IMO Your plan looks pretty solid. I would move your breakfast bowl of oats before the egg whites. Eat the egg whites after. Personally, I would prefer to be in your shoes. I would rather work out in the AM. I remember reading that this provides a greater metabolic impact on the rest of...

N3 can you check my diet?

Good point. I do eat a lot of sea salt. I see how I go for another week at 2300 calories making sure to be over 2300. I feel like I'm looking leaner when looking in the mirror which is a great. My strength seems to have dropped some what though. I'll stick at this number for another 5...

Cutting Advice! 190 lbs 17.6% BF

That is already a decent bf% drop for the week. What exactly is the problem? I would be surprised if you could continue with that sort of progress without sacrificing some lean mass too. I agree with 3J when it comes to your calorie count and food choices. Good luck!
