Mother of 3 children, early 30s. Ex crossfit trainer who has good muscle memory but still having problems shedding the last lot of baby weight from my 3rd child. Lifter. Work out 4 X a week. Only pushing 40kg chest and 35kg shoulders, (3 x 12 reps) want to push more. Deadlift 12 x 50kgs, 3 sets
