what is a good first cycle .. I am just looking for some help. I have done tons of research but I need someone to help me out. I have some questions .. You said I am not ready .. what makes me ready vs. not ready.... what would a good 1st cycle be like you recomended ... and what does one do...
I do eat like a horse .. I used to be lighter years ago .. the army got me up to 150ish. I am quite strong for my weight .. but I just cant get the weight and size. I am looking for help with gear .. can anyone help me with that?
