How long after I start dosing the aromasin should I check my bloods again?

I'm on my 5th week of 500mg of test. I got blood work done and me estradiol is at 100.9 (range 7.6-42.6) how should I dose my aromasin to get my estradiol back down currently I'm not taking it at all and they're 25mg pills. Thanks
