Guys do you have any info on dosage for liquid Keto and Albut using insulin needle..?? i have been told to use the Keto 1hr B4 bed 2mg and Albut 4mg 3 x aday..?? If this is correct how do i convert the mg for insulin needle mesures..?? Thanks.

Guys as you can tell im new to the sight. I am mail 100KG 5ft 11inch I train 5/6days a week mostley waights as im in Iraq at the min and the area i work is very small so no chance of running. I have purchased liqiud keto/albut/t3 combo. from RUI products.. Im not sure what i can or cant say...
