    whats the dumbest thing you ever did in the gym

    i onced pinched myh head doing dumbell shrugs in between the 85 lb dumbells. Did not say anything I just set the weight down and walked to the locker room to see if it was still attached and to make sure I did not cry in front of everyone.

    Up the sustanon to 500 mg/week. My buddy tried the 1 shot a week and it did nothing for him. I think he put on 7 lbs. Just my opinion. Also I saw a signature once that said "Friends don't let friends use pro-hormones". All the side effects no gains.
