It depends, though the difficulties in gaining weight is that you need to spend more money for food, unlike in losing weight, somehow you can eat small amount for diet
Think carefully before trying any tips or ways, shall I say investigate, better yet to be safe, consult a health expert. What I did to burn fats is exercise and avoid of course fatty foods. I guess it is one of the safest way.
