yer i finish training around 8 ill only have veggies with my fish. im also trying to drop bf. heaps easier on the stomach not eating something like rice or potatoes that late at night

not 2 1/2 just half mate. That's a usual day for me. If I'm in a hurry in the mornings I'll just grab a meal replacement bar instead of meal 3. 32 grams carbs and 30 grams protein.
