Thanks that's really helpful so I'm guessing its the 2.5 due to the fact it says 25 on it and is 100 caps and says 10mg on the side. Cool, I wasn't aware of the 2.5 deal so I'm guessing each cap therefore is 10mg not 25. :) would the same rule apply to the stana?

yeah iv got photos, the bottle got a bit wet but the 2nd photo with the small print says 10mg per cap at the top in the first line
