Well for the legs and buttocks the squats are the best. If you do daily 20 to 30 squats with some weight then it will be fastly burn the fat but as you say you can't go gym then you can try it without weight may be it helps.
Yes I also recommend the liquid because it quikly absorbes and also more effective then the pills. If you just pump the in your mouth with right method then nothing is better then liquid.
