18g filtered needles in hong kong

Does anyone know where I can buy 18 G filtered needles in Hong Kong? I have looked everywhere and no luck. I need it to draw Sustanon from glass vile. is there another way that its done(that is safe) if I don't find the 18G filtered needles? BBear
