work out= lift all different 3 to 5 days a week
cardio= 30 min on tred at work and at least 3 miles every day off.
i went from 270 to 197 in a year good loss but then vame back to 216 started...

ok cant figure out how to make a new post so i am tagging on yours, lol.. sus250 1.5 ml a week, eat good i run alot like at least 30 min a day at work and at least 3 miles a day at home. when i lift i lift heavy some days and light and fast others i just want about a 12 to 13 % bf i am about 18...
