I love it.. I think a little to much. I started to gain to much fat weight and backed off it for awhile. its easy to over eat on carbs.. at least it was for me..

Im bulking, and this is a great tool for me glad I came to read it.
Something I a need some clarification about though.. if I read correctly its good to have a slow burning protein such as a meat or casein. Though the meal 8 suggests whey which if im correct is a fast burning protein.

I understand the fact that it appears to be overstraining but I was just trying it out seeing if it worked and it seemed too work better so I stuck with it for a little while. I knew what the norm was I just tried something different thats all... I'm just figuring things out while staying open...
Sorry outlaw I guess FAT would be too strong of a term and pudgy would be better word for it I guess. For one im not used to having pudge I guess but what I was more getting at was that it feels and was looking like I was gaining more fat then muscle.
