Thanks a lot for the input guys.. the batch number and exp date matches the amps.. the only suspicious thing is 3 amps per box instead of one and the batch no. And exp dates look like theyve been printed on the box at the same time as the box was made not after.. this is what makes me suspicious...

I would assume organon by karachi would come in a plastic shell with only one amp in the box that you push out.. rather than 3 in the box that i bought.. especially since it says 1 x 1 ampule on the box.. also the batch and expiry dates definetly look like they have been printed at the same time...

Thanks for the reply everyone.. yes the 'i' is spelt properly not with an 'l'... The next of the ampules were pretty even and so was the level of liquid inside.. i did not check if the exp dates rub off easily unfortunately.. what I am wondering is the batch number and expiry dates on the box...
