I have been off of Tamoxifen for about 4-5 months. I was taking about 10mg a day for 3 months is what my doctor prescribed. I tapered up slightly and down but 5 to 10mg for a few days as well. Have I done permanent damage or can I fix this by getting my testosterone back in line?

I took Nolvadex for 2.5 month after my doctor prescribed it for me to treat gyno. It didn't help with the gyno but it might have caused a libido or ED problem. Could this happen from taking Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) ? Will it ever get better or is there anything I can do? Thanks
