Hey Guys, About a month ago, i tore through 75% of my patellar tendon (over my knee). I have been riding 40mg of var for the last month also. I am not getting surgery at the moment, do to the complexity of the tear. but it looks like i will be at least 2-3 months before i will be able to work...
