I intake about 2000-2500 calories a day.
Morning: eggwhites, dry toast and protein shake w/flax oil
mid morning: yogurt or fruit
lunch: tuna or chicken
snack: 1 serving of walnuts, fruit or yogurt
dinner: chicken, tuna or steak with brown rice and/or greens.
snack: protein shake
