Yeah using Nolva 40/40/20/20 as well as post cycle support. Just wondering if I should dose Nolva at 10mg a day on cycle for gyno prevention or would 20mg be better. I would do 20mg but I'm not sure if it would kill too much estrogen and interfere with gains or not

Why during pct, Aromatase inhibitor (AI) are usually for on cycle. Never even seen them used as part of a PCT.

Why u mad tho? Nope. I tried finding information about if and realized an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) should be taken with the majority of cycles especially ones that aromatize but after looking at tons of PH cycles most said an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) isnt necessary.

Running my first cycle, hdrol and epistane. I know I should have just run one compound but the place I bought it from didn't have pure hdrol like I wanted so its a hdrol and epi mix in one. On end of third week and just now noticed strength gains but also noticed nipples got a bit puffy as well...
