Im a firm believer in makeing due with what u got. No excuses. I have neither time or money to go to the gym. I have a j.r.work out set that was given to me. The bench has 130lbs of weight on it. So i shoot for speed 30 reps in 30 sec. It my limit. I added 6 brake rotors at 12 to 17 lbs each. Still really easy to lift. I cant fit any more stuf on the bar so i may never know my max. I did move a sub o refer up12 steps and 100 ft. 2 other guys n me. They said it weighed 800 lbs. i heard n felt shit popping n snaping in me. More then my max. I get my curls from different types of pullups. So when there's a will there IS a way. NO EXCUSES!
