I also have T3 liquid now, I use a small oral syringe to take it. How much you take depends on what the concentration is. Mine is 50mg per ml, so measuring 1 ml will be 50 mg of T3. Hope this helps.:beertoast
There's a small article about this stuff in the new issue of MD. A lot of the stuff we use does not sound safe, but this stuff sounds really bad. Just my opinion.
