sorry mate for being a pain what does NPP stand for? the deca is nandrolone decanoate, and what would you reccomend as a decent pct?

only just joined this site was wondering if anyone can help?!!! just about to start a cycle of deca and test prop both 100mg in a ml what is the most effective way to take to gain maximum results!how often etc. am confused!!!!plus do i need any supplement to counteract the side effects.
