I was on the forum a while back... not too active.... mostly just taking in different info on diets and workouts
I had to go away for a bit and when i came back my computer no longer worked.. probably too many porn viruses lol
couldnt remember my old screen name or password and so...
shame on a friend giving you bunk gear. but I will say 10lbs isnt bad.. plus there are so many other factors that come into play and not just the gear.
Im not saying something you probably already dont know.... diet diet diet. the diet is huge..
on another note... gaining 10lbs in a cycle period...
For me its the guy who doesnt wipe down the machine he was just using..... dont use lots of machines... but when i do and the guy who just had it walks away leaving his sweat as a gift for me just pisses me off... its become a things where regulars just laugh cuzz they know its coming

Personally me I learned my lesson and will only get stuff done...
I have a chest piece and its fine
I have a lot of ink.. Only think that sux is slowing down in the gym till the area you got worked on heals up a bit
After one piece I kept in the gym regardless and was forced to do many touch ups.. My fault
