I use Neutrogena facial bar on my back and shoulders. This helps alot. you have to use everyday. it will dry out your skin where you use it that is what it does to clean your skin.

I use Red Dragon Test 250 and Deca. Mine is Russian made. A buddy of mine uses the same! good stuff. Its like BD not everyone likes BD so will be the same with RD. You just have to try it and see how it works for you. BD did not do that much for me.
