I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong.
I'm 45 year old woman, I'm 5'6 and 180 pounds. I have been off work for a year do too being mauled by 2 pits dogs. My damage is my leg so I walk with a cane but can do some cardio.
I take meds so I don't know if this in interfering with me not...
I'm doing the atkins diet and Im at 20 carbs a day but I know that cant be good on the days I work out. Should I bring my carbs up when I'm working out and if so how much?
He has been trying to get on with his phone but it keeps saying error.
I know you hear a lot of things and I just wanted to help him out.

no, I eat 3 times a day with small snacks like sf jello or a pickle. On the day I work out I eat 2 scrambled eggs are a atkins protein bar and when I get home I wil drink a small protein shake. lunch is tuna fish with a small dab of mayonnaise with 2 pickles
this morning I had 2 boiled eggs and lunch I had avocado with a plain salad. I looked on 3j web site and at this time I just don't have the money to join. I get workers comp and that's not a lot.

I'm 45 woman 5"6 and 180 pounds. I use to work out a lot but then was injured due to being mauled by dogs. I'm back in the game again and I'm on the atkins diet but wanting to start var to lose fat and gain muscle. Just wanting some help??
