I'm quite strict on my diet buddy, a lot of Veg, protein shakes, red meat (1x week) and turkey or chicken, lots of broccolli and i eat about 5 times a day, any other advice? After a bad food poison last year i can't stand any fish though :( Thanks

Comes in ampoules, some are dry and some are liquid, apparently i have to mix them up, haven't got a clue how though. i know .... i 'm useless lol:)
