In the last couple of weeks I've had quite a few people mention how much bigger I looked. All my jeans, shorts and shirts are feeling way to tight as well. Bring on the next 7 weeks!!!

Gout out 10 reps on 110kg which is 3 up on last week and got 120kg for 3 reps. Very happy with that!
WEIGH IN: Was 88.5kg!!! - ONLY START OF WEEK 4 AND HAVE PUT ON 5.5kg. Bring on the next 8 weeks!!
