    Leg day leg press 2x10 250 1x10 300 quad machine 2x10 130lb hamstring machine 2x10 70lb 1x10 50lb 186 20% felt like sht leavin the gym,maybe to many stims between the anadraulic state GT and BLADE

    any suggestions? been bodybuilding 5 years 5'7 186lbs 20%BF,looking to cut some BF while mainting muscle mass
