Thanks guys much appreciated for the input - ultimately decided to do another year natty and see how far I get then I'll reassess the plunge but would like to try a comp next year as a natty just to see since its been many years then if I feel the need do it for the shoulder issues described...
Thanks TooTuff - yeah I've found they tend to respond best when I follow a modified German Volume Training routine and only do 2 set finishers on chest and back days.

Thanks I am trying to see what options are available here in Alberta but seems most places are only by doc request and I'm sceptical of it being on my med history as I've read the FAQs and don want to risk the long term health insurance etc implications.
