I just wish there was more of them. I can't work with Maximus or ULV. I still haven't found anyone else.

DPR, I emailed back and forth with Dr. Bellman a couple of times yesterday. He does seem to know his stuff, but he likes to see his patients in person at least once. That would require travel to L.A.

I'm 26. They said their physician turned me down because of my age. Apparently they aren't comfortable with not being able to monitor me as closely as if I were local to them. Something like that. JKB is a little younger than me.

Dread Pirate, are there any other companies that you know of which have a decent number of happy clients? Sadly, I was turned down by ULV because of my age. I'm trying to find another place that will be more affordable and convenient than a local Endo or clinic. So far, I've not learned of...

Why can't you continue with maximus? I just applied for ULV and was turned down because of my age (26). You are probably out of luck, but it's worth a shot anyway.
