Yeah not good! If my diet is clean and macros are in order just wondering with lifting and cardio when can I see this be gone? When going for gms per lb for protien should be lean body mass coorrect
I hear 10% also.I did my only cycle about 10 years ago with about 18% and I seen good results but I think wasted money because diet sucked and results could of been better.It was like what if I would of done it right.
Im trying 1 cup for 3 meals right now cbman2184 I dont think they count for cals though.I probably will get to 5 meals but just starting and cooking and containers to put in and eating at work hard to adapt.
