I tried clen for first time,started at 20mcg for a day or two and worked my way to 60mcg.Got reall tired for the first three days then Bam was ready to go on fourth day on.Go slow as others have said and adjust as you go.Dont take a pre work out drink or your heart will be on the floor like mine...
