I'm not scared of needles. I'm in and out of armored vehicles getting shot at all the time. Those things aren't exactly spacey so I don't want to get huge, just strong and not hold much water. Again, thanks for the info.

Ok, so what should I go with then. I pretty much am looking for strength and not too much size with minimal water retention. I really have no control over my diet but when I get back to the states I will work on cutting. Thanks for the info.

I am 27. The thing about the diet is I don't really have a say in what I eat right now. We get plenty of protein bit unfortunately a ton of carbs too. Without saying where I am or what I do I'll just say I'm in q desert third world country for a while.
