If you don't know what cals and macros are, do some reading yourself, people can't spoon feed it to you or else you will never learn or understand.
There is no reason you need any of that to loose weight.
Post your cals and macros, what you do for training/exercise then we can give you better advice.

Meal timing is irrelevant, if you feel better with something to eat before you workout (eat) if you train better without then don't everyone is different in that perspective. All that matters is total intake throughout the day/week/month to meet your goals.
