    Ive recently tried those Quaker rice quake snacks and the caramel corn ones are the shit...very yummy!! There 60 cals per serving which is about 7 little cakes and only 13 carbs and 4 grams of sugar. Do you think they are ok while dieting as a low cal snack??

    How much pop do you all drink?

    Thanks for the response!!! I try my best to keep my water intake up to around 3-4 liters a day on top of the diet pop, so I think Ill stick to that. Im strictly just trying to lean out for summer....but nothing too intense. Thanks again!!!!
