the after pic I posted was coming off a cut. So I'm currently slowly increasing my calories so my metabolism can recover- probably gonna bulk with around 3500 kcals. Or whatever I find helps me put on weight without the fat.
Yeah it's not what i want to hear, but it's what I expected, even if I disagree with you guys. you're probably right.

I guess it's just extremely tempting since the gains don't come as easy as they used to. I don't know if I could wait till 25 to be honest.
But I could wait until around 23. Given my experience is that acceptable?
