    Hey Just flat out lie and say there for your friend and he dosent want to keep them in his house in case their found. then get ur mate to tell your girlfirend they are his that way ur off the hook with her then u dont have to hide them anymore and when u get more the same reason is applicable

    What steroids to take 12 weeks before competing

    Hi Im competing in my first competition and i havent got a clue on what gear to take to to yield the best results. Any advice or a programme of some sort on wot to take to cut and rip up, but still stay at the optimum size would be appreciated. Thanks
