Don't up your dosage on the same day. If you don't have any shakes, go for 50-60mcg tomorrow and stay at that for a day or two. How much do you weigh?

You can get a 400 count 25mg bottle of Diphenhydramine HCl from Amazon for about $6.20 shipped. It's the exact same thing as benadryl. If your cycle goes on for a third week or more use 50mg before bed daily.

I'm unsure of your other questions as I'm a noobie myself :P But I definitely wouldn't relies on getting your taurine from a daily energy drink. Pick up some taurine powder if you can, it's around $5-10 for 225g online. It'll last a few 2 week on 2 week off cycles. Well worth it in the end!

The thing that bothers me about that, is it says 40***956;g. So it could be bunk. Realistically it should say 40***956;cg... It could just be a translation error? Although '***956;cg / ***956;g' is universal. It can't hurt @ 40mcg, try it. You'll know within a few hours if it's bunk.

I'd say taking 60mcg and maintaining it is a waste of time. If you're skinny enough where 60mcg affects you bearably, you don't need clen (unless you're a female). And after 2 weeks MOST people say you should add Diphenhydramine HCl to your cycle. I think stacking 60mcg with Diphenhydramine HCl...

I l o v e tuna plain. I've made tuna bbq sandwhiches on wheat. I've also eaten it with hotsauce, mustard, mayo, pickles, Greek Tzatziki sauce, you can mix practically anything with it, and it's great. Just make sure you're draining it, unless you want seafood water for some reason? :P

How'd you dose it them?
