I do twice week 50mg and my e stay around 28. I tried 60mgs twice a week my e went to 49. Just something to think about.

If trying to get lean (<10%) and on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) would it be best follow a low fat diet? Since one would not be haveing to worry as much about hormones crashing.

I had thyroid problems (hypo) before the low t. Got that under control then the low t came along.
