I haven't used Aml, but it seems to have a good reputation on this board. eclipse is a very reputable lab, I have used this brand in the past and was more than satisfied with the results.

eclipse has the reputation of being one of the best labs in Canada. They are a solid lab, I used these guys in the past with great results.

Do some more research bro, or hire a trainer to help you out. If you don't know how to take them, you definitely not ready to do this on your own.
