26 yo and diet is consisting of high carbs and protein
Roughly 4500 cal (including supliment shakes)
I Can not find any more room for food
I also am a roof carpenter witch is a very physically demanding on my body/ fitness. This would definitely burn a great deal of my cal intake
Hay I'm trying to find out what peptide would be right for me
I'm 70kg (155) ibs 12% body fat, been training for 2 years and struggle to put on muscle and body size.
Can any one recommend what would fully Beneficial to helping me grow.
