I know "read older threads" and i have. I just can't seem to find a straight up answer. I think i found one long ago, but I can't find it again. Anyways, Nolva is for gyno, etc. i know, but i think i read on here somewhere that if u get gyno, u can go ahead and start the Nolva during ur cycle...

so how do i get abs like that?
