Hygetropin has serum test of 31 and generic bluetop has serum test of 16. Which would you choose?

Hi guys I plan on buying hgh. My options are hygetropin (trusted brand) or generic blue tops. There is a big difference in price. It would be 3 iu of bluetop for every 1 iu of hygetropin for the same price. Do you think the hygetropin is 3x as potent as the bluetop? Which one should I buy?
