Hey Blackbeard.....Curious George here. I just decided to the shirt route myself. I just got my Karin yesterday and I can't wait to mess around with it tomorrow on DE day. I have to be careful to not kill myself so I can bench Wednesday.

Some people are built for squatting while others have a harder time with it. Same for benching and every other exercise. I can do wide uprights and they cause no stress on my rotator. Others cannot due to the width of their shoulder girdle. You should aways find what works best for you.
I usually have the same split for roughly 6 weeks,
But I change my routine everyday....I never do the same chest workout or any workout in a row. Every workout for a bodypart is different then the week before.
