Long story short, have had horrible bacne from age 17 (never did a cycle), now I'm 33, on TRT for 4 years and suffice it to say it has not helped my bacne/acne at all.
At this point I'm beyond shame, so I wear my racerbacks to the gym, or go swimming and generally dgaf.
Today a big lifter came...
Interesting you're on almost the exact same protocol, how long have you been taking the sermorelin? I haven't seen any effects really, but not sure I should yet.
I've been injecting methylcobalmin along with hCG hoping to boost my iron that way, but it doesn't seem to really work.
Oh forgot, yes I take anastrozole, 0.5mg every 10 days (it really seems to pack a punch for me).
My E was down at 7 at first, so I stopped doing 1mg and started doing 0.5mg every 10 days.
@7 my joints hurt, currently they actually feel fine. I am fatigued a lot but I blamed that on iron...
Forgot to mention, this was taken 1 day before my next injection.
The labs before this I did it 24hr after my injection and both T and Free T were off the charts (over 1500, over 50). Interesting to see it comes down so much in such a short period of time.
Here's what my labs look at 6 months in, I started sermorelin only 2 months ago so not expecting much from that yet, so did not do IGF-1 and related markers.
I'm on 160mg test cyp (80 E3.5D) and 300iu hCG 48 hours before my T. Serm every night before bed 300iu.
Does anything look off? Anything...
Funnily enough now that we're talking about it. The last week or so has been very absent of erections, at all. I haven't changed a thing except for dropping the anastrozole.
This was through privatemdlabs, I don't have a GP here yet but I have sent the results to some doctor friends to go over to get expert advice and if necessary I will take this to a GP.
That's funny, I've been using a cast-iron skillet forever (Lodge) since I'm a huge health nut so was looking for the healthiest way to cook. Obviously didn't do much for me lol.
I just grabbed some iron tablets from Whole Foods, I took a brand with heme iron since I read a bit about superior...
I have never donated blood before, I do have chronic inflammation in my bowel (ulcerative colitis) but I haven't lost blood through my stool in ages. A common thing with chronic inflammation in your colon is that there is a poor rate of absorption of nutrients though.
I'm definitely looking...
Thanks for the feedback Mega, btw the blood was drawn 24 hrs before my next injection.
I do Sunday night and Thursday mornings and the sample was Wednesday morning. So the T is definitely in a good range (maybe even high?).
I'm having a dr. friend look at the CBC and CMP markers since I have...
Three weeks ago I bumped my T to 100mg every 3.5 days since that was the original prescription and I wasn't too happy with results so far. 500 iu hCG every 3.5 days too.
Did a very elaborate test, haven't done a full checkup in a while so thought it'd be worth it and well... I can, so why not...
Agreed, and aside from that everybody is unique. What might work for one person might not work for the other.
I have tried everything under the sun and my body still responds to low-carb like nothing else.
