Hey I am getting surgery Thursday and I got insurance to cover it by complaining about pain and exhattering alot about it but I have prom 2 days after the surgery and was wondering how sensitive the area would be and if its a good idea to go.

Ive had gyno for 7 months with lumps behind both nipples and used arimedex and it didn't work and a prescription of letrozole is 300 dollars should I try it or is it a waste of money?
